Educators
Our museum is a great place to teach your students about the everyday life of early settlers to the area. Our exhibits include items, donated by residents, which were actually used by these settlers.
Tell us about your field trip experience on our Contact Us page.
Students
Third grade students from the area’s elementary schools learn from museum personnel how settlers survived. They will lean how they washed, dried and ironed their clothes, how they ground grain for food and other activities. They will also enjoy a scavenger hunt to locate several artifacts on display in the museum.
